All the 7 issues you have showed us, Except for the Menu flickering issue which is we are working on right now.
So
1. The menu
Work In Progress - when I scroll down its flickering (the first 200px or so)
Fixed - the slogan should be "Magazin für Reportagen"
-Font size for the menu set to 16px and line height is 40 px
- the facebook-buttons connected to fanpage:www.facebook.com/siehdiewelt
- Menu automatically jump back to the top is now fixed
2. Featured image:
- That featured image was small in width so All featured images are now set as scale to fit or cover image http://projects.fixrunner.com/siehdiewelt.com/?p=2340
3. Widgets:
- From now any article can have 3 authors max and they will be positioned one after another Like here: http://projects.fixrunner.com/siehdiewelt.com/?p=2340
4. More Margin is applied to the text only
5. In this article http://projects.fixrunner.com/siehdiewelt.com/?p=2585 always put cyclone slider inside <p></p> tag
6. In this article http://projects.fixrunner.com/siehdiewelt.com/?p=938 featured image description must be inside <p><small>****</small></p> tags and at the beginning of the article then it will display properly.

The way new layout works is that is needs at least 7 paragraphs to reorganize content so if anything broken Please try adding a blank <p></p> tag in the middle of content and at the end of content try adding 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.
