Are You Struggling at Work? Here Are 3 Ideas That Will Help You Improve Your Situation

Work is large deal, it's very serious for many people. As important as work is lots of people are miserable at work. Entrepreneurship or as they call it "side hustle" is a better yet not seemingly easily viable alternative for the majority of people.


I can count 200 reasons why enjoyment at work is important but for now let me give you just three motives


Reason (I) you invest most of your life on the job. Most people are in work for at least 10 hours a week - for many that may mean getting up at 6 am, preparing for work, leaving home at 7am and getting stuck in traffic before you begin to work at 8am.


So, if you spend 8 hours on the job or 9 hours you likely spend more time together with your coworkers than you do with your loved ones. Just think about it, 8 hours daily with your supervisor every single day of the week translates to 40 hours a week with your boss and co-workers as opposed to the 16 hours that you spend with family on weekends


Reason (II) Work brings in the money, who said money was not important? Money is very important... we could 't live without it. We will need to fabric ourselves, we need food, we need shelter, we need or even want a good holiday every once in a while. More money is needed if you have kids and a family to take care of. Money is so important the absence of it may raise havoc to our wellbeing and happiness. I am not saying we ought to worship cash but I am stating It Is important

Reason (III) Work is essential to your own happiness, if you aren't happy at work and always have work issues it is easy for those issues to creep into different areas in your life such as your relationship with your loved ones, spouse or spouse and whatever else.


So, work is a big deal!!

Why are people occasionally not pleased at work? In general, there are three common work problems that most people have, maybe you are confronting one of these, possibly (I) you don't enjoy the job (II) you don't enjoy the boss or people that you utilize or (III) that you are not growing or are not recognised enough (insufficient pay, no advertising etc.).


I've learnt in my entire life out of working and training many people that many work problems can be solved by just doing three things . Only 3 things.

Not a lot of staff members said thank you for the fantastic job the kitchen woman did. But whenever she happened to take some time off or was away ill everybody moaned about how dirty the kitchen appeared as they couldn't find clean cups and things got sprinkled all over the place. Hence the job that the helper in the kitchen was very important but nobody noticed until she wasn't there. How many people are like that in our lives that we take for granted. Your job is important trust me only know that even if you're feeling unappreciated.

(II) Knowing more


Secondly, know more about the business that you work for. Even when you're a floor employee at Pick n Pay or Shoprite or Woolworths or furniture store it would help to understand what your business does, how it makes money and what is important to the business. Can you envision a floor worker at Pick N Pay that knows all the company board members names, just how much profit the company created, how many stores it's in South Africa. Do you think this individual can continue being a floor employee for long with that much knowledge and awareness? I would live you to answer that question.


Knowing about the company you are involved in assisting you become applicable and become useful in a way which you can't even imagine. Before you know it you would become a valuable asset to your organisation and progress better in your company. What is excellent about knowing more is that even should you not grow inside your business you would always impress searching for work elsewhere because you will visit interviews educated and with the ideal level of thinking and self-confidence.


It's simple once you're not happy in the office to get disengaged get passive. The problem with this is that nothing changes for you from your work environment because you are doing nothing. Rather than doing nothing I want to advise you to know more. Anything you do as a project, whatever company you're involved in, simply know about it.
