1. Our high school had semesters, and mine happened to finish in February. So, I worked in a factory producing springs until September. I earned some money working, which I used towards my university fund. In September, I went to the University of Toronto.

2. I wanted to be a social worker because I loved helping people and wanted to do good for the community. So, I went to university and studied sociology and psychology.

3. After graduating from university, I got a job as a social worker. But after a few years, I had to leave because the pay was too low. The company I worked for was funded privately and not by the government, so the pay was small. I decided to leave for a year or two to get my financials in order, then come back. So, I worked for an insurance company. But, I decided to stay at the company and not go back to social working.

4. I had 2 jobs: the social work and the insurance company. My main incentive for leaving was for better pay. I married my wife already, so I needed a better job to support us.

5. My biggest challenge was my personality and connections. Sometimes, who you know is more important than what you know. Some people obviously distrusted or didn't like me due to my appearance or personality, which I had to overcome by trying to increase my social aptitude. I made efforts to talk to people, and tried to clean up my personality and appearances more often to make good first impressions.
