20.1st/2nd/3rd/4th Division
Both Short and Mid ranged fighters will have a choice of Division 1-3
1st = Mid range
2nd = Short range
3rd = Short and Mid range support Division. (The only ones who can switch battle fields)
Giving them the choice to fight in a division that aides them on the war map, or switch back and forth between divisions helping anyone they can.
4th division are long range jutsu specialist only.
Meaning our Raikiri spammers our fireball jutsu spammers. They are essentially divided by 4 and put into the other divisions during the war.
