War Thunder Jet Tiering- Reconciliation

Maximum BR increased to 10.0.

Amount of set types of aircraft per team limited by MM- You cannot get an all-bomber team.
Exact numbers still not defined, but there are to be at least 6 fighters in a 12-man team.

This system is not meant to solve the issue of 'WW2 jets versus post-war jets', and as such this issue has not been taken into account.

Several aircraft are permanently locked out of some maps, listed below (aircraft which are already locked out of said maps not listed):
Me262A-1a- Locked out of Korea
Me262C-1a- Locked out of Korea
Me262A-1a/U4- Locked out of Korea
Me163B-0- Locked out of Korea
Ki-200- Locked out of Korea

Jets are seperated into 4 seperate BR brackets- Jets from one bracket will NOT face jets from another bracket, but can face any jet inside their own bracket. MM is configured so that it will try to give you a match with the planes closest to your plane's BR, but if queue time increases, MM will widen the BR spread, to a maximum of 1.0 spread.

1 min queue time- no BR spread
3 min queue time- 0.3 BR spread
5 min queue time- 0.7 BR spread
10 min queue time- 1.0 BR spread

Continuously queuing in and out before 1 min queue time is reached (more than 10 times in 2 minutes) will get player a 4 min crew lock. (values could be changed here)
