1、休学在家休息，后来参加高中补习班。
2、顺其自然，当时参加技校招生考试，上了机械加工专业。
3、参加工作后，在工厂从事铣工加工，兼职担任共青团团支部书记，由于工作出色，调到干部岗位，回来一直在中层干部岗位从事管理工作至今。
4、有过3-4次职业过程，都是组织安排，单位需要。
5、在工作中遇到从工人岗位调整到干部岗位，障碍主要是工作能力不足，学历不管，因此利用工作之余，多次参加大专学历，本科学历的函授学习，利用5年时间提升自己，面临工作、学习、家庭生活三方面挑战，自己把握机遇，后来从一般岗位调整到干部管理岗位，基本胜任这份工作！


1、I took a break from school in order to rest at home, and later I attended a few years of a remedial school.
2、Went with the flow and other's suggestions, at that time I participated in a technical school admission examination for the machining profession.
3, After joining the workforce, I worked in milling processing in a factory and also worked part-time as the Communist Youth League branch secretary. Due to excellent work after a few years, I was transferred to the cadre position, and I have been in the middle management cadre position ever since.
4、I have worked in 3-4 careers and do different roles depending on the Youth League's needs and organizational arrangements.
5, In the work I did from being a factory worker to adjusting to a cadre position, my main obstacle having to have lots of work ability. The work did not take care for needing much education, so I had to work hard to get higher. I had to work 5 years to enhance my skills, I studied in university, faced challenges due to having a family with 3 children so I needed to help them with school and work as well.
