1.Fairy tales scare young children including teens if you want to be real, Fairy tales are just a big fat thing that makes people want to run away and hide themselves and to be never seen again.
2. Fairy tales aren't good for younger children! Cinderella, Belle and Ariel are all pretty this isn’t a good influence, Are every girl that reads fairy tales thin, Flawless and dazzling? Most certainly not! Girls feel like if they are not stunning like snow white and rapunzel they won’t find their ‘prince charming’ and live happily ever after. 45. 2 per cent of people in the world are not married which means fairy tales are just a fake reality, Pulling children away from the real world.
3.They're too unrealistic If you're wanting your prince charming to just appear out of thin air as you go to the drycleaners, You're dreaming. Not everything has to end in love or two people living together happily ever after. The love portrayed in fairy tales is also highly false and fabricated; you don't kiss after having known someone for 10 minutes, No matter how aesthetically pleasing they are to you
4.Fairytales have a negative impact on young children. Fairytales have a positive mood and when it comes to children to read them, They think that all you have to do when in trouble is wait to be rescued or realise you had to be pretty and you live ‘happily ever after’.This will have big negative influence for children. They will have no idea on how to overcome challenges
5.Fairy Tales are doing more harm than good! Fairy Tales do not relate to the modern world. How will young children relate to the real world if they are living in a fantasy world? What about young women and men being stereotyped in unrealistic stories. As much as they power up a young child's imagination is it really helping them?
