Complete plan for Graeme by 22nd

Take docs and put new TI number on them,
Make a list of all TI number changes in line with Graemes document
Write a scope for PRM
Make an excel sheet for seat weights calculation
Write a RIS2700 approvals scope
Create a Concept document (look at 360 for LED lighting, PIS)
Create plan for Friday, up to PM40 (Graeme has pack of docs to send to supplier (KINDOF, check the mods process))
Chase up all TI numbers on Monday, send an email to everyone ("can I get TI numbers for everything on the list") cc everyone in

Look at APC TI folder for 360s, these docs will tell me what to create for CCTV
Overall EC Masses: TI 11244-002 360-1 Masses Braking and Gauging Concept Design

6. ASDO Weight change (20kg maybe)

Check if Ashley has created a PRM assessment before, perhaps for PIS

Weights and electrical calculation

Overview: Add in ALL remaining changes (note what is optional):
- A2: need a cost for weigh well to come in and do the pre-weigh
- Look at a unit, look at the layout changes being proposed, come up with a ballpark figure of the change in mass per vehicle
- A5: LED lighting will not be a part of this scope, will be a part of another scope
