대구 안마 대구맛집 정강희두부마을 두부특정식
비슬산을 내려와 찾은 정강희 두부마을이란 음식점입니다.
두부요리 전문점이 한때 유행처럼 많이 생겼었는데 요즘은 또 생각나서 찾으면 가까운곳에 없는거 같아요.
가격대가 상당히 좋습니다 역시 대구는 물가면에서 경쟁력이 있는거 같습니다
대구사시는 지인분이 물가가 좋다 좋다 하셨지만 대구지역을 다니면 다닐수록 체감하게 되는거 같아요
이날 주문한 메뉴는 정강희특정식 12.000원 입니다.
가실분은 참고하시면 좋을거 같아요 간단한 식사도 좋을거 같고 여러가지 맛보기엔 특정식이 아주 좋을거 같습니다.
특정식이라 그런지 푸짐하게 나옵니다.
일반적인 찬들도 정갈하고 기본 5찬에 비지가 약간 나오고 된장찌개가 또 따로 나옵니다.
요리처럼 구성되어 나오는 음식들은 따로 분류해보았습니다.
깔끔한 두부샐러드와 굳이 이름을 붙이자면 오른쪽위에 음식은 두부선이라고하면 어떨까란 생각이 들어요
물어볼걸 그랬나봅니다 오이선이 호박선이란 전통음식처럼 두부위에 살표시 볶음처럼 올라간것이 두부선이란 이름이면 참 잘어울리
거 같다는 생각이 들었어요 맛은 담백하고 좋았습니다.
그리고 야채무침과 담백한 두부 보쌈도 적당량 나와서 맛보기로 좋았습니다.
요렇게 야채무침과 싸서 한입 깔끔하네요

두부탕수 스타일의 두부와 명태에 아구찜스럽게 콩나물 볶음이 얹어서 나왔는데 안까지 양념이 쏘옥 베어 있었습니다.
집된장 같이 수수한 느낌의 된장찌개와 정구지지짐
된장찌개도 맛있네요
살과 함께 콩나물과 싸악 싸서 먹어줍니다^^
콩나물과 양념이 맛있어서 밥에도 얹어서 먹고..
정갈하고 건강한 느낌 그리고 깔끔한 두부정식 점심으로 아주 좋았습니다.
