I bought the glasses I was wearing six months back from this brand I discovered on Instagram. This is the problem. The brand did not show me an advertisement on Instagram. In fact, it was this brand right there. As you can see, they don't have a following. The big question is how did I find this brand? And why did they offer me a deal, even though it was not cheap. I also don't follow them with any ads. I will show you how I used the strategy this brand used to convince me, along with thousands and thousands of women, to buy glasses. Just like these, if you're trying to grow a business or brand account on YouTube, then chances are you've watched quite a few other videos on the topic of Instagram growth strategies, and you know the basics. It is obvious that you need to post on a regular basis. You need to be consistent. It is important to encourage your followers to interact with your posts. You should be asking them questions. You know that you need to be interactive, that you need to have a target customer in mind. While you need to produce useful content and perhaps even some hashtags, if your goal is to grow an account or personal brand on Instagram, those are not enough. A personal brand account is driven by the story of that personality's life. What is going to happen to them? What are they planning to do? What are they currently doing? People follow an account because they are interested in the person and want to see what happens. A business account does not have this advantage. They can't use that play most of the time, so you have to figure out some other way to get people to follow you and, most importantly, to get people to buy your product because chances are. imagerocket is what you want to grow. This is your brand account. So if this is in fact what you're trying to do, then the number one strategies you need to focus all of your Instagram attention on is getting your audience to create content for you audience generated content. This is the key to your growth. So what is audience generated content? How can you get more of it? And how do you use it to encourage people to purchase your product? It's not difficult. It means you want your audience to create content. I will explain how you do this in a moment. First, let's discuss why it's so amazing, and why you want your audiences to create content for yourself. Well, first of all, because you need content. You need content to create an Instagram account. This is the second reason this is so great. Your audience will create the most engaging content for your account. Content is far superior to any content you could make. One of my Instagram followers created content about her glasses. She said that the glasses helped her eyes and she was wearing them. I didn’t see any post from lady boss, Glasses. But I did see a post written by someone I was already following about these glasses. It is a great idea to have your audience create content. This means that they will be involved in your brand's future and be talking about it and sharing it with others. You now understand the importance of getting your followers to share content on Instagram. While account is a great move, you might be curious how you can get your audience on Instagram to do this, especially if it isn't a large audience. Well, there are two main ways that you can get your audience to create content for you. The first is getting your customers to post photos of their products. To do this, and to use the second strategy I'm going share with you, make sure you offer some kind of incentive. When your account grows a little and you have followers, one reason that customers might share pictures of their product using it is that you will Share it on your account. Everybody loves attention. People love to get a little more love. That is why it is so popular for people to share photos of their product on your account. They have lots of photos of women wearing glasses. These are the users who are sharing pictures. Some of these are really cute photos of women wearing glasses. This is how they get their users to share their content and promote their brand. So I have to move because it was too noisy. If you are wondering why Gillian is in a park? It's because my office and house are being painted. My new office is currently being painted. This means that I don’t have any furniture there, which makes it difficult to film in. I got it early this morning and I thought why not go film at the park and I guess why not is because people are like mowing their yards near the park. So it's not the best place to film and you might hear a few birds, but the show must go on. It's one of my principles, as you all know. The show must go on. Don't let the obstacles get in the way of your success. Continue to work hard and put in the effort to get the results you desire. This is why we have a video. But let's talk about Instagram. Your first strategy is simply to get customers to take pictures of themselves with your product. This is a great strategy. However, it can be difficult to begin if your customers don't share pictures of the product. Yet so you don't have that social proof of like this is a good thing to do to share pictures of the product. So what can you do in that case? Well, basically, you can use the second strategy, and that is to have contests, so you want to give your followers a bigger incentive to share something. People with a very clear purpose are more likely than others to take action and create content. If you are specific, don't tell them to share pictures of your product. Now you know the weird product location. That wouldn't be your hashtag. This would be your challenge/contest, but I believe you get the idea. You give your user something. Then ask them to snap a picture and give them a hashtag that they can use to share the image. This is a great idea for many reasons. You'll be able find their content by using the hashtag they created specifically for the challenge. You will be able to share more of their content, which is a bonus. This will make it more appealing to their followers. If people only see pictures of people they follow using a product, it might not be a sponsored post. However, if you have a specific task in mind for your customers, it can be much more interesting. Ok, so again, some reasons why this is a great strategy. People are more likely to follow your instructions because they know exactly what to do. You have clearly explained what they need to do. The hashtag allows you to search for their post, and other people can click on it to see other people talking about your product. Finally, it creates interesting Content for you brand. People will be sharing photos of how they use and love your product. They can be featured on their account, or they can be asked to take a specific action with a particular hashtag. If you do either, you may win a prize. One of these options will be to take their posts to your account and to feature them there. This is great because you will be able to feature happy customers on your account. You'll have both content and really interesting content. Let's now talk about how user-generated content can help grow your rant. First, your followers will love your content. They will continue to follow your account, and be happier. Second, they are gon na buy more of your product. Because the content you have on your account is mostly customer views and customer feedback from people who have purchased and enjoyed your product. These glasses were recommended by a friend who was wearing them and they looked great. I bought them not only to myself but for my friends who are happy with them and much more likely then me to buy them. Another reason why this is such a great strategy. When your followers create content for you, they will share it to their followers. Your brand will be exposed to a large number of people. It'S gon na be an exponential amount of exposure for every single person who creates content for you. There will be hundreds of people who find out more about your brand. And they will learn even more about you by seeing the products in action from happy customers. Ok, one last thing you should consider before we part ways here today, and that is that if you don't decide to use this strategy to grow your account and Instagram. While that is fine, it's important to remember that to get exposure, you will need some strategy. The way Instagram works doesn't make it easy to get fans. The way Instagram is designed doesn't work. Not only are there not many suggested content options on Instagram, but also the Instagram discover page. This means that people will have to learn more about you before they have the chance to follow you. Instagram accounts with huge followings already have these people because they were exposed. Perhaps they have exposure through their YouTube channel, Instagram ads or magazine articles. Maybe they even give talks around the country. While it's impossible for brands to figure out how they built their Instagram accounts, it's worth paying more attention to strategies that work. Today's video will share the strategy I used. I hope you enjoy it. This is a great strategy. Please comment below if you decide to take it up. Let me know about your business, what you sell and what your Instagram profile is. Please do not tag. Your Instagram, though, because YouTube doesn't like that very much, but I would love to hear from you guys and hear about the strategy working from you. What are they doing this world to spell out of that tree? [Music], we're here for my name: [Music], [Music], [Music], [Music], ]
