BUTTERBEER
Bahan :
• 1 gelas (8 ons) club soda /cream soda
• ½ gelas (4 ons) sirup butterscotch (gula-gula yang terbuat dari gula merah dan mentega) atau boleh diganti ice cream topping
• ½ sendok teh mentega
Langkah-Langkah :
1. Siapkan masing-masing 8 ons butterscotch dan mentega ke dalam dua gelas. Masukkan ke dalam microwave dengan suhu tinggi selama 1 sampai 1½ menit atau sampai butterscotch bergelembung dan butter menggumpal/ kental.
2. Campur keduanya dan dinginkan selama 30 detik, kemudian campurkan dengan club soda. Aduk perlahan.
3. Sajikan selagi hangat. Ketagihan secara permanen tidak ditanggung!
