Start W, get it up to 2 Voidlingstacks at base, start Gromp, use Voidling for blue buff
Next wolves, wraiths, red, golems, go back buy trailblazer, 2x faerie, 1x mana, 1x HP
With next clear, you get 6 and have enough money to get at least chalice
Item build order: machete, trailblazer, 2x faerie, chalice, boots, RoA, Rabadon, Sorc boots, Athene, Void Staff, Juggernaut
Full Build: RoA, Rabadon, Void Staff, Sorc Boots, Athene, Juggernaut Trailblazer (2.8k hp, 40%cdr)
Alternative: RoA, Rabadon, Void Staff, Sorc Boots, Athene, sell Trailblazer for Hourglas
Cons:
Until 6 no lane pressure (still faster 6 than WW)
Difficult 1. clear if you don't know how to do it (try in custom game first)
Athene is not a great item in general
