Crepe recipe:

1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs

Mix flour, salt, and sugar in large bowl.
Mix eggs and milk separately.

Pour the egg and milk mixture into the blender. Add the melted butter.
Blend for 15-20 seconds.

Let the batter rest in the fridge for 20 minutes or more.

Heat an 8 inch nonstick pan on medium heat.

Pour a 1/4 cup or less of batter into the pan. Quickly swirl the batter around until it forms a round shape.
When the outside edges begin to curl, gently use a spatula to flip the crepe to the other side. You want the crepes as thin as possible so don't use too much batter.

Don't get discouraged if the first few you make don't turn out. It takes a lot of practice to make these. You can also add a little bit of butter or oil into the pan.

You can eat crepes with many different toppings: sugar, Nutella, bananas, fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate sauce.

You can even make these and eat them with cheese sauce and ham- tastes delicious!
