The CIA has released the torture techniques that they use. One of them is called Waterboarding. Waterboarding is when the prisoner is laid down on a board that is at an angle, then buckets of water are dumped on their face, instilling a fear of drowning. Imagine that! Another torture technique is called sleep deprivation. That is when the prisoner is stripped of their clothes, and their are locked into a standing position and the room they are in is very cold. They are not allowed to sleep or sit down. I think that they should not be tortured, even though they did do some pretty bad things.
