2) Freight deliveries will not deliver without signature for any reason
3) For freight deliveries (Pilot, Estes, etc.), carrier will call customer within five business days from when the order was placed to schedule the delivery. If carrier does not call the customer within the time frame, customer can reach out directly to the carrier.
1) Freight and some non-freight carriers require someone (anyone) to sign for the delivery.
2) Customer may call the carrier to confirm if a signature will be needed.
3) Customers may not request signature on delivery, but they can "release" the signature requirement on some FedEx/UPS deliveries, by signing the appropriate box on the delivery tag left on the door
1) If an order has multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates, We do not charge for split shipments.
2) We wont be able to determine the carrier prior to an order's shipment.
3) Replacement orders may not be shipped back by the same carrier.
