Bernhard Burgener asks for the sale David Degen's shares.

The dispute between the owners of FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen is one more move. Burgener has the support of the Board of Directors. But, no agreement has been reached.
The morning of Monday saw the meeting of FC Basel Holding AG's Board Directors. A majority of the four-person board comprising Burgener and Degen and Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren, approved the plans of the former owner. Degen requested Degen to transfer his stake to a potential buyer, Basel Dream & Vision AG as per an official statement from the holding company.
In doing so it is the Board of Directors relies on an agreement with the law firm that allows Burgener to sell its own shares to those of minority shareholders on the same conditions. https://fordmemes.com/bernhard-burgener-vermoegen/ of Directors states that the drag-along rights are superior over Degen’s pre-sale rights.

According to FC Basel Holding AG, Burgener (and Degen) are seeking an out-of-court settlement of the "interests of FCB"
