Everyone tells me that only long hours of studies lead to academic excellence. However, after dedicating 5 years to obtain my Post Graduate Degree in Commerce and guiding more than 200 students in my career over the last 24 months, it has become clear to me that productivity is related to the presence of mind rather than long hours of instruction
Engaging learners on an individual basis is deeply embedded in my pedagogy. It helps them to grow academically as well as personally. It’s my pleasure to convey that my ideology matches with that of ULIS in terms of nurturing the younger generation to empower and inspire them for a sustainable world”,
I believe in the ideology of “learning should never stop.” My experience ranges from CBSE (India) to CAIE (IGCSE/AS/A2 Levels) and IBDP. And I must say that supporting each learner according to their level of understanding from the variety of three curricula has given me a wider perspective about the teaching and learning needs of the 21st Century.
