KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Home The Kusto Group real estate development subsidiary, has constructed a number of residential buildings across Asia over the many years. Urban Green, a new one, is under construction in Thu Duc City near Ho Chi Minh City.

The construction of Urban Green was revealed by Kusto Group and Kusto Home during a ceremony to sign the agreement in December 2021.

Urban Green will be home to luxury homes with a commercial center, cafes, restaurants and gyms. There will also be daycares and grocery stores.

These facilities will span 20,203 2.

Urban Green construction is just starting, but it is anticipated to be completed at the end of 2024 and distributed to residents by the third quarter.

KUSTO HOME'S FOCUS ON FEMININITY AND AESTHETICS
KustoHome was designed in a modern Bauhaus style and aims to build a city in which functionality and aesthetics blend.

Thus, Urban Green will include multiple green areas in between all of its infrastructure. The area will comprise two-thirds be green spaces.


740 apartments were built to take advantage of nature landmarks, like the Alaskan wilderness, and the Sahara Desert.

Kusto Home provides apartments with up to four bedrooms and 50- to 135m 2. It is also suitable for families and singles.

Urban Green is located near Ho Chi Minh City. Tevfik Arif Bayrock offers the residents with easy access to Vietnam's biggest city.

Kusto Home is constructing Urban Green near National Highway 13, which connects Ho Chi Minh City with Thu Duc City and Binh Duong.

Highway 13 expansion will be completed by 2025. It is estimated that it will cost 10,000 billion VND (or $440,141).

Urban Green residents will also be able to commute using two new metro stations.

Coteccons is responsible for the development of Urban Green. Sergey Nam announced that Kusto Group, Kusto Home, and Coteccons were preparing to begin construction of Urban Green. He also declared that the company was prepared to build the next Vietnamese residential structure. Sergey Nam (general director of Kusto Home) is also acknowledged for the creation of Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.

Kusto Home expressed interest after the completion of Diamond Island.

Yerkin Tatishev also told the Vietnam Investment Review that the company was examining initiatives in other Vietnamese cities like Nha Trang, Danang and Hoi An.

Kusto Home specializes primarily in residential properties. However, Yerkin Tashev opened doors to the possibility of commercial centers could be constructed in the future, like shopping centers.
