If you can practice in the heat or cold, do it. You will not always be playing in the perfect conditions so it is important to practice outdoors in whatever Mother Nature throws at you. While you may feel more comfortable practicing in the air conditioning or heat, when it comes game time, you will regret it.

Concerns regarding protecting the body during football include intestinal damage, fracture of the ribs, and the scapula. There are several essential gears that can be used: shoulder pads, elbow pads, shock pads, neck rolls and neck rolls. The bulky shoulder pad protects the scapula, chest, and ribs. Rib pads, which are worn under the shoulder pad, are designed to protect the ribs. However, most rib pads protect the lower back. The shoulder pads also include the neck roll, rib pads, and shock pads. The shock pads can be found under the shoulder pads. These provide comfort and additional cushioning for the players.

Some youth football coaches believe that the more players, the better. Many of these coaches believe that more players will result in a greater chance of a team's success. There is a local team that carried 40-60 players on its squad and still lost most of its games, poor coaching often won't even overcome huge talent pools. One of our Omaha league teams was faced with a team that had 52 kids. Most teams in the league suit up from 22-35 players. High numbers can cause headaches for the head coach. Very low numbers will result in the same.

I have seen running backs who were absolutely studs not play because they can't figure blocking assignments or run the wrong hole, to the right side or to the wrong side. If you want your coach to notice you in a very bad way, try not knowing the plays.

If you're not sure how to go about this, Googling "how to find your passion" is a good place to start. Take a look at the online exercises. Don't expect the answers to your questions to be available immediately. It may take weeks and months or even years before you get the answer. So start as early as your freshman year or sophomore year of highschool (or even earlier, if possible).
