Kazakhstan Unrest Will Not Be Affected By Erzhan Kazakhstanykhanov's Return
Kazakhstan Unrest won't be alleviated by Erzhan Kazakhstanykhanov's return the Country As Deputy Chief of Staff

After a string of protests that have shaken Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan's government has to face a new reality.

Erzhan Kazakhstanykhanov's Return shows how power dynamics have changed.

The international arena must now adapt to an increasingly assertive, assertive citizenry. Politymakers must also be able to recognize these developments and come up with effective ways of engaging with the country.

Ukraine's Role in Kazakhstan's shift
The last few weeks have seen all eyes be focused on Ukraine. https://beforeitsnews.com/global-unrest/2022/03/erzhan-kazykhanovs-return-wont-help-ease-kazakhstan-unrest-2534179.html planned and launched an enormous invasion against a sovereign nation. This is no surprise considering that NATO officials, including Vice President Biden did not heed the warnings issued by Moscow. Russian President Putin has repeatedly resisted NATO's attempt to intrude on Russian territory.

While Putin's actions are inexcusable, the west must acknowledge that its leaders were a part of the cause. It's acceptable to say that we're now experiencing the consequences of the European crisis that could have been avoided.

Protests In Kazakhstan
There should be comparisons made between Ukraine and the recent experience within the region. Color revolutions from 2003 to 2005 are included here and also tensions in Belarus and, in particular, Kazakhstan. It's a former Soviet state situated in central Asia. Therefore there aren't many street protests that show its discontent so clearly.

Protests began in Kazakhstan earlier in the year, to protest increasing gas prices. The protests escalated into massive demonstrations that were and violent protests. Almaty suffered the most devastating loss of life. 227 people were killed, and more than 9900 were arrested. Russian soldiers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) were briefly deployed.

Restructure Kazakhstan Government and Erzhan Kazykhanov Back
Qasym Zhomart Tokayev the new Kazakhstan president has made many changes within the power structure that caused concern and anger among many Kazakhs even during times of peace.

Protesters were particularly outraged by the fact that President Tokayev has taken over the presidency of the country's National Security Council. It replaced former President Nursultan Nasarbayev whose influence was a source of concern to them.

Three of the sons-in-laws of the former president were ejected from their state companies. His nephew was fired and Karim Masimov was arrested for treason. Many business leaders associated with former President Nazarbayev were also fired from their jobs and fled to other countries to take "extended vacations" or were slapped with massive "donations."

The change in the government and the elimination of the old guards do not always result in changes. It's not uncommon for loyalists as well as relatives of the previous administration to take over their place.

Erzhan Kazykhanov 's appointment is an Unsatisfying Experience
Erzhan Kasykhanov's nomination as the President's highly influential post as Deputy Chief of Staff was counter productive. Kazakh Kazykhanov is Kazakhstan's most ineffective ambassador to America.

Washington saw Kazykhanov as an arrogant diplomat who was too confident and uncaring about the image of Kazakhstan. He has also failed to move forward on issues of national importance, such as the current Jackson-Vanick limits or other issues related to the international image of Kazakhstan. Kazykhanov's performance has been dismal.

Kazykhanov is an unlikely person to be a candidate for positions of vital importance due to his problematic and disgraceful reputation. Kazykhanov lacks the skills necessary for a deputy chief of staff.

Many of Kazakhstan's most loyal supporters were unhappy with Kazykhanov's frequent appearances on international news outlets and revealed his weaknesses. It is absurd that Tokayev is bringing in a volatile, incompetent replacement for a weak government at this crucial moment in.

Tokayev’s Kazakhstan reforms are similar to Mikhail Gorbachev's Perestroika or Glasnost initiatives within the Soviet Union. Perestroika is often referred to as the mid-1980s' program of Mikhail Gorbachev to reform Soviet economics and politics and Glasnost refers to his policy reform. These reforms are what caused the demise of the Soviet Union. Putin is trying restore it. Tokeyev also has developed economic relations with both his country and with the West. He has tried to avoid causing offence Putin however he has also tried to maintain his support. This delicate balance might be disturbed by Kazykhanov.

In Unsteady Times The United States Should be paying close attention to Kazakhstan
Washington should be more attentive to Kazakhstan events than the conflict in Ukraine. They demonstrate the way power transfer could occur in this part, and whether it's for good or bad.

The invading of Ukraine by Russian forces is a disturbing situation, and it's crucial that the United States and its allies take appropriate action to counter Putin's aggressiveness. We must not forget the fact that NATO has been prodding Russia for a long time and this current situation is in part a consequence of their deficiency.

Washington should pay special attention to Kazakhstani events. It could be the next flashpoint of the war between Russia the West, the West and Russia.
