Many of Kazakhstan's most loyal supporters were unhappy with Kazykhanov's frequent appearances on international news outlets and revealed his weaknesses. It is absurd that Tokayev is bringing in a volatile, incompetent replacement for a weak government at this crucial moment in.

Tokayev’s Kazakhstan reforms are similar to Mikhail Gorbachev's Perestroika or Glasnost initiatives within the Soviet Union. Perestroika is often referred to as the mid-1980s' program of Mikhail Gorbachev to reform Soviet economics and politics and Glasnost refers to his policy reform.
