KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Group's real estate development company, KustoHome has constructed a number of housing communities throughout Asia in recent years. Another one, Urban Green, is currently under construction in Thu Duc City in Vietnam just outside Ho Chi Minh City.

Kusto Group & Kusto Home officially announced the construction of Urban Green. The ceremony to sign the contract was held in the month of December 2021.

Urban Green will be home to luxury residential communities with a commercial center, restaurants, cafes as well as gyms, daycares, and even supermarkets.

The facilities will extend over 20,203 metres 2..

Urban Green is currently being built, and will be transferred to residents by the beginning of the quarter of 2024.

KUSTO Host's FOCUS ABOUT AESTHETICS, FUNCTIONALITY
Kusto home was built with a contemporary Bauhaus design. The aim is to construct the city that is both functional and aesthetics.

Urban Green has multiple green areas interspersed with its amenities. The entire area will be green areas that cover two-thirds of the area.

740 apartments were built in response to nature landmarks, like the Alaskan wilderness, and the Sahara Desert.

Kusto Home offers homes with between one and four bedrooms. They also have 50 to 135 m 2, making the area ideal for families and singles too.

Kusto Home focuses primarily on residential communities, but Yerkin Tashev opened up commercial opportunities, such shopping malls for Kusto Home.
