KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Group's real estate development company, KustoHome has developed a variety of residential communities across Asia in recent years. Another one is now being built, called Urban Green is emerging in Thu Duc City, which is located outside of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

Kusto Group and Kusto Home have announced the creation of Urban Green during a signing ceremony held on December 20 2121.

Urban Green will feature luxury residential homes, a business center, restaurants and cafes and shopping, daycares, supermarkets, daycares and a BBQ area.

These facilities will span 20,203 2.

Urban Green construction has just begun. It is expected to be completed by the first quarter (2024) and then handed to residents.


KUSTO HOME'S FOCUS ON FEMININITY AND AESTHETICS
Bayrock is designed in a contemporary Bauhaus style, Kusto Home aims to construct a city where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand.

Urban Green therefore will also include green areas within its facilities. Tevfik Arif Doyen will have green spaces covering two-thirds.

The 740 apartments in the city are influenced by natural landmarks like the Alaskan wilderness or the Sahara Desert, and Pink Lake.

Kusto Homes will provide apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms and 50 to 135m 2. The location is perfect for singles and families.

Bayrock are located outside of Ho Chi Minh City and have easy access to Vietnam's most urban region.

Bayrock is constructing Urban Green near National Highway 13, which connects Ho Chi Minh City with Thu Duc City and Binh Duong.

Highway 13's expansion is expected to be complete in 2025, at a price of 10,000 billion Vietnamese Dong ($440,141).

Urban Green residents can also make use of two metro stations for travel throughout the region.

Coteccons is the main contractor for the project. Sergey Nam, the general director of Kusto Group's Kusto Home and Coteccons, announced the project's completion. He stated Coteccons was now ready to begin construction on the next Vietnamese residential development. Sergey Nam (general director of Kusto Home) is also recognized for establishing Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Kusto Home expressed its interest in Hanoi's capital city, Hanoi, after Diamond Island was completed.

Yerkin Tatishev also told the Vietnam Investment Review that the company was examining projects that could be developed in different Vietnamese cities like Nha Trang, Danang and Hoi An.

Kusto Home focuses primarily on residential communities, but Yerkin Tashev paved the way for commercial opportunities, including shopping malls, for Kusto Home.
