KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Group's real estate development subsidiary, Kusto Home has constructed a number of residential developments across Asia in recent years. Urban Green is now in Thu duc City, Vietnam.

The building of Urban Green was announced by Kusto Group and Kusto Home at a signing ceremony in December 2021.

Urban Green will include luxury residential developments, commercial centres and cafes, restaurants, gyms daycares, supermarkets and a barbecue area.

The facilities will be extended to 20 203 2.

KUSTO HOME'S CENTER ON AESTHETICS & FUNCTIONALITY
Kusto home was constructed in modern Bauhaus design. The idea is to construct the city that is both functional and aesthetics.

Urban Green has numerous green areas that are interspersed throughout its facilities. The entire area will be green areas covering two-thirds of it.

The 740 apartments of the city are influenced by natural landmarks like the Alaskan wilderness or the Sahara Desert, and Pink Lake.

Kusto Home has apartments that have one to four bedrooms and 50- to 135m 2. Bayrock is also suitable for families and singles.

Urban Green is located just in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City. Urban Green residents have easy access to Vietnam’s largest city.

Kusto Home is constructing Urban Green close to National Highway 13, which connects Ho Chi Minh City with Thu Duc City and Binh Duong.


Highway 13 will be extended by 10,000 billion VND ($440.141) by 2025.

Urban Green residents will be able also to use two Metro stations which are currently under construction, to get around the city.

Coteccons is the principal contractor of the project. Sergey Nam, the general director of Kusto Group's Kusto Home and Coteccons, announced Urban Green's completion. He also was responsible for the creation of Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.

Kusto Group (the mother company of Kusto Home) is also keen to bring Urban Green to this world.

Urban Green will follow Diamond Island as the next big project, and I am sure it will be followed by many more," Kusto Group founder, Yerkin Tatishev said.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock was constructed by Kusto Group as well as Kusto Home in Ho Chi Minh City in 2018.

A resort-home is a residence where residents are able to lead ordinary lives while living in luxury resorts.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Kusto Home expressed interest after the completion Diamond Island.

Yerkin Tatishev also stated to the Vietnam Investment Review the company was looking into projects that would be in other Vietnamese cities, including Nha Trang and Danang.

Kusto Home has mainly dealt with residential developments, however Yerkin Takishev opened up possibilities of commercial centers such as shopping malls.
