Trick Offensive Football Plays
Many a talented athlete has seen his legs put on the benches because he cannot figure out the plays. Or be able to recognize the signals or know left from right. Don't be that guy.

A down is a penalty that a player makes when they attempt to kick the ball. Downs are the four attempts that the team with the ball gets. These downs are used to move the ball 10 yards. When the offense gains 10 yards, it will get another set downs. If they fail with the 10 yard goal after four plays the opposing team takes the ball.

Mel Blount was an early defense player. He created fear and intimidation for the opposing teams between 1970-83. He used the absence of the pass interference rule as an advantage to become an unstoppable cornerback.

Brown was taken in the first round of the 1956 draft by the Cleveland Browns. Brown was the NFL's record holder for single-season (1.863 yards in 1963) as well as career rushing (12.312 yards in 1963), as well the all-time leader of rushing touchdowns (106), total touchdowns (126) and all-purpose yards (15.549). I have seen running backs who were absolutely studs not play because they can't figure blocking assignments or run the wrong hole, to the right side or to the wrong side. You don't want your coach to notice you if you don't know the plays.
