An anonymous post is just that: anonymous. It will appear in the group without the author's name or picture. Only the group admin or moderator will see the post. Anonymous posts can be about any topic, including personal stories, photos, videos, GIFS, checking-ins, events, and recommendations. You can also create polls and create events, but it's important to know that you are not being identified by the anonymous poster.
The anonymous post is usually credited to "anonymous" in the group's timeline. The person's identity is not readily accessible by the admin team. Sometimes, multiple admins may not know who the person is who posted a comment. It's also possible that the person has published abusive posts in the past. Regardless, a workaround will be necessary. Once you have made a post and added a username, the name of the poster will no longer be publicly visible.

Anonymous posts are not visible to others on Facebook. Admins are unable to identify the person behind anonymous posts. They can only read their content while they are in the pending post queue. Even if Anony Post is hiding behind a screen name, the admins will not be able to see it. Moreover, if the post was made by someone who had abused the forum, it might be attributed to an anonymous user.
