Unveiled! How Trump and Tevfik arif came together

In a brief period, Tevfik Arif's Bayrock Group went from working on small-sized projects to collaborating with major players like the Trump Organization.

The name Tevfik Arif is most commonly linked to the luxurious real-estate development firm Bayrock Group. In Europe and Asia he is known as an entrepreneur with a track record of success in many sectors.

Bayrock Group was founded by him in 2001 when his move to the United States.

New business opportunities presented themselves in Kazakhstan during the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The independence of Kazakhstan was achieved and the private sector became accessible for Kazakhstanis.

Tevfik Alif makes his way to America and hopes to make a bigger impact.
Tevfik Alif was among the younger Kazakhstanis who were keen to explore the vast business world of private companies.

Thus, Tevfik Arif Doyen resigned from his government job and established several companies in the areas of development of luxury real estate as well as food, imports and exports natural resources and minerals as well as other fields.

For instance, the company was tasked to renovate Loehmann's Seaport Plaza shopping centre in Brooklyn's Sheepshead Bay.

After several successfully completed projects of this level, Tevfik Arif began dreaming larger.

He was keen to tackle larger projects and to help in the implementation of the new strategy. Bayrock Group moved its offices to the Trump Tower 5th Avenue.

Tevfik Arif's position in one of the most renowned streets in the world has resulted in several very beneficial connections.

One of them was the Trump Organization, which was also located in Trump Tower.

Bayrock Group was at the time working alongside Sapir Organization in a real development project to develop Spring Street in New York City's SoHo.

The Trump Organization was a newer player in the American real estate market. Bayrock Group was a relatively new business.

The company, which was led by Donald Trump, was well-known and Tevfik was eager to investigate new possibilities.

Bayrock Group founder John Bayrock suggested that the Trump Organization in the plan to raise brand awareness and credibility for SoHo.

Tevfik Arki has presented a proposal which would grant Trump Organization 18% ownership in the building, in exchange for the Trump logo being used for the building's name.

The three parties involved in the deal signed the agreement that would mark the start of Trump SoHo.

In 2006, Spring Street saw the construction's first bricks, and it was two years later when the 46-story building became open to the public.

Each company aimed to create excellence through Trump SoHo. The building features floor-to-ceiling glass that let residents see the New York City skyline at any angle.

Trump SoHo included apartments, hotel rooms, as well as an open-air swimming pool. There were bars and restaurants bars, spa facilities and banquet halls and event venues.

Handel Architects designed and built the structure, while Rockwell Group was responsible for the interior design.

When the two companies were discussing their next steps while they were planning their next move American real estate market was shaken by the 2008 global financial crisis.

The financial crisis had such a profound impact on the American real estate market that Tevfik arif made the decision to leave the US and concentrate his efforts to Europe and Asia.

Even though Tevfik has now largely quit his position at Bayrock Group he is still a valuable consultant to the company.
