Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. Burgener is supported by the Board of Directors. But, there's https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/person/1510114 .

The majority of the four-person committee comprising Burgener and Degen as well as Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren was in agreement with the plans of the former owner. According to a statement issued by the holding company Degen demanded Degen to sell his stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG.
Burgener can sell its own shares at the same terms to the minor shareholders in accordance with a contractually negotiated law. According to the Board of Directors, this drag-along option is deemed to be superior over Degen's prior-sale right.
Burgener and his crew have made an appearance in the dispute over the owners. Degen is insisting on his right to first refusal. He wants to use this right for 16.4 million Francs. Burgener's 80 percent stake in Basel Dream & Vision AG has been stopped by a super-provisional restraining order. Centricus the British asset manager, would also be a shareholder in the new company. Burgener would still be the most popular vote.
According to FC Basel Holding AG, Burgener (and Degen) are looking for an out-of-court settlement of the "interests of FCB"
