2) TONS of hiking and exploring in Quarry Hill Park's 320 acres, including caves (my favorite!!)
3) Plummer Mansion (mansion/estate of Mayo Clinic founder, complete with formal gardens, landscaped grounds, and a water tower, beautiful during the summer)
4) Silver Lake biking and boating (Canoes/Kayaks) which I'm not sure if you've done before?
5) Apache mall which is a large mall in the area, in case we need to buy clothes or other stuff (yes I know you hate malls..haha)
6) Mayo Clinic (obviously) since it is the best hospital in the world and also where I'm working.. and I can show you my office and get you into the buildings since I am a Mayo Employee with ID Badge..google image "Mayo Clinic Gonda Building"
7) Oxbow Park/Zollman Zoo (maybe we can even find a cat there for you to cuddle)
8) The Civic Center: watch shows, plays, and famous presenters (Richard Dawkins the Evolutionary Biologist from Oxford is coming on June 9th, for example)
9) Soldier Field Veterans Memorial
10) Food and drink tours across town
11) Salem Glen Vineyard and Winery: Wine tasting while sitting on the deck in the country (I know you are a picky French girl with your wines but I think you'd like this place anyway)
12) Domed glass rooftop swimming pool in my hotel with an amazing view, especially at night! There is also a Jacuzzi and Sauna up there as well
13) Gym/fitness center inside hotel to work out etc
14) Hour trip to Minneapolis which is the 14th largest city in the US and has many museums etc.
15) You can spend time with the dish before the main dish, aka Pretish, who is intelligent, good looking, funny, crazy, kind, (mostly) humble, and cares about you a lot
16) If you're nice to me you'll get the gift on the last day before you leave ;)
