Still should be on track for the milestones toward the end of May. CH is quite behind on stakeholder engagement and RBIS pulse check. Hesitant to do additional wlk throughs based on principals not wanting. Milner Williams was new last summer. That has been some instability. Very new info: Chief Fields announced that she is leaving in May. The early childhood focus is really good for the district. Bryan ward is there data director. Maybe they had identified him to do the role (sounds like it based on the feedback that I got from Cherron). Push that it should be a shared priority That would be helpful. Also wanting to know if they should be worried about the RBIS pulse check not being able to be scheduled before the end of May. It could happen but what if it doesn't?
