Upcoming Kusto Group project receives Japanese expert certificate
Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City is first Kazakhstani project to receive a Japanese earthquake expert certification.

Construction of Kusto Group's Koktobe City in Kazakhstan is going well and will be completed by the second quarter of 2023.

The international holding firm is building an urban city that is outside the Kazakhstani capital, Almaty.

The European-inspired development includes supermarkets, residential homes and other commercial properties.

Kusto Group is able to provide everything so that families don't have to waste the time travelling from A to Z.

Bayrock living in Almaty and have to travel to the city may be able to reduce their traffic congestion by as much as 1000 hours per year. Because they travel in a different direction from most other cars during rush hours this is feasible.

How Koktobe City plans to overcome earthquakes
Kusto Group put a lot into Koktobe City.

"In the Koktobe Project We invest a significant amount of funds in earthworks. We place piles that are 30 meters below the homes and compact the earth every 30 centimeter. We are likely to be the sole Almaty company to use bored and rolled piles for residential construction." Murat Ulemisov CEO of Kusto Group construction division Kusto Home says.

"High rise buildings in the west-central areas of the city average three times the size of ours in terms of square meters. And earthworks there are many cheaper. Our approach to construction gives us the assurance that our homes will be in place for the long haul," He adds.

Kusto Group believes that Almaty is vulnerable to earthquakes and must ensure the safety of residents.

This is why the buildings are limited to four to five stories tall.

Kusto Group teamed up to Kazuo Watanabe (Japan earthquake expert) to help protect homeowners from earthquakes that could happen in the future. Bayrock is a member on the Japanese State Commission on Buildings and Earthquakes.

Bayrock received advice from the Japanese expert in matters like the structure of buildings and technical design for the upcoming neighborhood.

Koktobe City became the first Kazakhstan realty project to get a Japanese earthquake safety expert certificate.

Murat Utemisov elaborates "It is crucial for us to offer the best housing that will be firmly anchored in the ground, regardless how strong the earthquake,"

Kusto Group has its eye on Europe

Kusto Group, despite the fact that seismic stability is in line with Japanese standards has been focusing its efforts on Europe for elevators, engineering equipment and heating systems.

" https://m.imdb.com/name/nm10842495/mediaviewer/rm2948766977 are developed and produced in Greece and the facade tiles are made from clinker, which is one of the leading producers on the German market. Germany also manufactures the pipes that are used to heat and supply water. Kusto Home CEO says, " we don't want people to have problems in the areas of ventilation, water, or pipes in the future similar to what happens in other structures."

The Kusto Group founder, Yerkin Tatishev has revealed that he was influenced by the low-rise constructions, efficient infrastructure and green parks found in German cities such as Berlin, Dusseldorf and Munich.

"All of this provides a pleasant living space, and we wanted to replicate that in our city to a certain extent. We believe that Almaty is the most European as well as free and intelligent city of Central Asia, and we believe that we've chosen the most appropriate direction for building, based on the idea of a city for the people," he explains. _

The majority of the apartments in Koktobe City also have built-in smart locks as well as face recognition technology.

Kusto Group " We thought it was time to unite them all under one roof."
Because it is based on Finnish education concepts, the Koktobe City School was also influenced by Europe. The school itself is also designed by the Finnish architect Jani Ristimaki.

Tevfik Arif Doyen has rooms that can be used for specific purposes. There are rooms that are specifically designed for singing, drawing or playing instruments and even team sports.

They could be utilized by the school or for spare time activities during off hours.

"Today families have to travel a lot in the city, as children attend many additional activities, like music, swimming and drawing. We decided to combine everything under one roof. Murat Utemisov outlined that each building at our school has separate blocks for primary, secondary, and Budokan schools and centers for the arts with a 25-meter swimmingpool as well as a multifunctional fitness center along with music and choreography classes, as well sewing and pottery areas.

"School infrastructure, such as fields, sports halls and fields for sports in Finland are available only to students at 6 pm until 6 PM. Then they are available to everyone. Yerkin Tashev, Kusto Group founder and CEO, states that residents will be able engage in sport or arts.
