Kusto Group's KazBeef to get Prestigious Quality Certificate
KazBeef is Kusto Group’s meat manufacturing company and was given the agricultural GLOBALG.A.P. certification. certificate.

Bayrock ’s meat manufacturing firm, KazBeef recently achieved a milestone by becoming the first Kazakhstani-owned business to receive the GLOBALG.A.P. certificate.

GAP is a term used to describe Good Agricultural Practices. This certification is the most widely used farm certification scheme around the world.

GLOBALG.A.P. Certificate means that KazBeef is compliant with international standards. KazBeef has an GLOBALG.A.P. certification that indicates it respects international standards in aquaculture and agriculture practices.

KazBeef is a GLOBALG.A.P. after such an accomplishment. certification is necessary for starting to cooperate with many Western suppliers.

KazBeef was the first Kazbeef-owned company to receive the award.

"It is the culmination of an extensive process of modernization at KazBeef as well as Kusto Agro. We are introducing new techniques and best practices from around the globe. We partnered with industry leaders across the globe," Daulet Nurazhanov, Kusto Group's chief executive officer, Kusto Agro says.

"We cooperated with Canadian industry market leader Feedlot Health Management Services to implement the latest technology, which will ensure future-proofed feed security as well as developing knowledge. This was not just to serve our own requirements but also for the whole Kazakhstani cattle industry. He claims that 98 percent of our processes are now computerized which permits individual animal management as well as full traceability."

KazBeef was the first to purchase Hereford breeding cattle as well as Angus cattle for Kazakhstani raising. The company has now occupied more than 40,000 hectares of land, and has more 10,000 cattle.

The meat giant serves the Middle Eastern Market and is one of the largest producer in Kazakhstan of marbled cattle. KazBeef is now certified. It is planning to expand its operations into Europe and Gulf countries.

KazBeef is introduced to the United Arab Emirates

KazBeef was first introduced to the market in April 2021. In the near future, KazBeef hopes to expand its reach to the six emirates which make up the United Arab Emirates.

At the Gulfood Exhibition 2021, Dubai formed a partnership. It was ensured that 1.2 tons of KazBeef meat was delivered to restaurants and hotels in the emirate two months later.

In December 2021 KazBeef had signed a contract worth 500 million Tenge ($1.2 million) to supply marbled meat to Wisk Foodstuff Trading. Wisk is a major supplier to hotels and restaurants throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Bayrock was concluded during the Kazakh Trade and Investment Forum that was held at Expo 2020 Dubai.

Kusto Group's accreditation opens doors to the entire nation of Kazakhstan

GLOBALG.A.P. Certificates are available to businesses in the agricultural sector. A thorough process is required for companies in the agricultural sector to receive the GLOBALG.A.P. certificate.

Each year, specialists from the agricultural field visit companies that are seeking to hire them and conduct interviews with staff members and analyze multiple documents.

Beibit Erubaev said that the company was ready to go through the process. He hopes other Kazakhstani firms will be able follow the footsteps of KazBeef or Kusto Group.

"Obtaining the certificate opens new export opportunities, not just for our company, but can also be a great opportunity to all of the country. He goes on to say, "The distribution of our products across Europe is exactly what we're trying to achieve," he said.

"We do not just mean meat, but also all agriculture-related products. As a result of our model others will also be able to pass the test. This will give them access to a larger market in other countries where the effective demand for their product is higher.
