The game begins with each player dealing their cards. Each player gets 2 cards, while 5 cards are placed face down on the table. visit here will then be able to place your bets and raise, re-raise, fold or fold the cards that you have. Limits are as small as 2 cents/4 cents (when playing on line) up to any amount. The most popular is $1/$2 and $2/$5. We will assume that we are playing 1-2 with no limit. So, the SB pays $1, and the BB pays $2.
However, one caution. You can always put your "opener" raise on the back burner by putting them on a long sleeve suit. Or at least you'll know ipso facto they are an aggressive player and you need to proceed with caution.
