Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City received a Japanese certified expert for earthquake safety.

Construction of Kusto Group’s Koktobe City is moving well and will be finished by the end of 2023.

The international holding company is building the city within the city of Almaty.


The project is inspired by Europe and includes residential homes, supermarkets as well as sports facilities, schools and kindergartens, restaurants and pharmacies.

By having everything at hand, Kusto Group seeks to satisfy the needs of families who don't wish to take a long time getting from point A to point B.

Residents who go to Almaty for work can save as much as 1000 hours per year. It is also possible to travel in the opposite directions from other cars in rush hour.


What Koktobe City Will Survive Earthquakes

Kusto Group teamed up to Kazuo Watanabe (Japan earthquake expert) to help protect homeowners from earthquakes that could happen in the future. He is a member the Japanese state commission on buildings and earthquakes.

The Japanese expert advised Kusto Group on matters such as building structure and the design of the neighborhood that is to be built.

Koktobe City, a real property development located in Kazakhstan is the first to receive a Japanese expert certification on earthquake security.

Kusto Group is focused on Europe
Kusto Group, despite the fact that its seismic stability is at par with Japanese standards, has been focusing its efforts on Europe for elevators as well as engineering equipment and heating systems.

Koktobe City School was also inspired from Europe because it was founded on Finland's educational guidelines. Jani Ristami is an Finnish architect was also the architect of the school.

The school is expected to have rooms for specific activities. There are rooms for singing and drawing and a space for playing instruments or group sports.
