- Then, in March 2020, we talked to the landlords and we talked about not having enough money to pay the rent for March 2020. They aid that was fine so we did not pay rent for March 2020.
- In April 2020, we started paying 50% rent. We continued paying 50% rent until December 2020.

- Lease expired in October 2020
- We spoke to them about paying 3,500 rent. They agreed for us to pay 3,500 rent, however they never put it on paper.
- Since January 2021, we have been paying 3,500 rent
- Now they sent an invoice for ~29,000, which is not the right amount (supposed to be around 22,000), When you calculate the invoice, you find that they are still charging us 4,400 rent even though we discussed and agreed on 3,500
- We are okay paying the balance that we owe but we would like to do it in 7-8 installments.
