-Değişken isimleri sayısal ifadeler barındırabilir fakat sayısal ifadeler ile başlayamaz. Syısal ifadeler yalnızca isimlerin sonunda ve ortasında bulunabilir.
-Değişken isimleri özel karakterlerden yalnızca "_" karakterini içerebilir.
-Değişken isimlerinde türkçe karakterlerin belli standartlara uyması için kullanılmaması tavsiye edilir.
-Değişken isimlerinde boşluk KULLANILAMAZ.
-Değişken isimleri tekildir, bir isimde birden fazla değişken bulunamaz.
-Değişken isimleri büyük-küçük harflere duyarlıdır.
-Değişken isimleri ileride proje büyür düşüncesi ile anlamlı yazılmalıdır. x, y, z gibi anlamsız isimlendirme yapılmaması tavsiye edilir.

-Pascal Standardı,
-Camel Standardı,
-Hungarion Standardı,
-Underscore Standardı (Lower snake_case),
-Upperscore Standardı (SCREAMING SNAKE_CASE),
-Upper Snake_Case
PASCAL STANDARDI (PASCAL CASE)
Değişken ismi içindeki kelimelerin ilk harfi büyük geri kalan harflerin küçük olmasına pascal standardı denir.
ÖRNEK --> int OgrenciNumarasi = 123;
CAMEL STANDARDI (CAMEL CASE)
Değişken ismi içindeki kelimelerin ilkinin bütün harfleri küçük, ikinci kelimeden sonraki kelimelerin ilk harfleri büyük geri kalan harflerin küçük olmasına camel standardı denir.
ÖRNEK --> string adSoyad = "Ahmet Kaya";
HUNGARIAN STANDARDI (HUNGARIAN NOTATION)
Yapısal olarak pascal standardına benzer, yalnızca değişken isminden hemen önce değişkenin tipi yazılır
ÖRNEK --> string strSokakAdi = "Barbaros";
UNDERSCORE STANDARDI (Lower snake_case)
Değişken isminin tümü küçük harflerden oluşur kelime geçişlerinde "_" kullanılır.
ÖRNEK --> int adamin_yasi = 18;
UPPERSCORE STANDARDI (SCREAMING SNAKE_CASE)
Değişken isminin tümü büyük harflerden oluşur kelime geçişlerinde "_" kullanılır.
ÖRNEK --> string CADDE_ISMI = "Cumhuriyet";
UPPER SNAKE CASE
Yapısal olarak pascal standardı ile aynıdır tek farkı kelime geçişlerinde "_" kullanılır.
ÖRNEK --> strin Ad_Soyad = "Selda Bağcan";
