ch 1 raph: the boys finally find out what's going on with capritello, and raph mikey and Leo go out on patrol and are attacked by tiger claw and rahzar
ch 2 donnie: at the scrapyard, donnie talks to April and casey and they all agree to try a polyamorous relationship. donnie comes across some steel beams he can use for the turtle mech, but splinter calls them from the cheese phone with dire news about the other three. capritello learn the brothers were turned into kids
ch 3 raph: breakfast the morning after. the family discuss their options and reveal that they're leaning heavily on donnie to fix this. mikey suggests magic, but donnie says if it was magic, there's nothing he can do about it. they decide to go back to the scene of the crime to look for clues with April and Casey's help. before that, though, splinter gives raph and mikey some personalized training while Leo sleeps off a fever.
ch 4 donnie: they go to the rooftops and are attacked by tiger claw, which forces the kids out of hiding. donnie, briefly knocked out, is pulled into the astral plane, where he meets a figure called inanna. she claims to be able to undo the dealing, having been the one to turn them into kids in the first place, but there's something she must do first. she doesn't get enough time to explain it before she loses her connection with donnie, who is not very spiritual. after he wakes up, the group attempts to flee from tiger claw, but he takes Leo hostage and tries to get mikey and raph to come with him to shredder's lair. Leo manages to escape his grasp, but he is dropped from dozens of feet up in the air. donnie dives off the roof to catch him

ch 5 raph: donnie catches Leo and brings them back up to the rooftops. Leo is still clearly shaken. he refuses to let go of donnie and cant even be bothered to put on a brave face for mikey and raph, who are also very shaken up. the humans escort them to a manhole cover, but they have to leave, though donnie asks April if her dad has any child psychology books. donnie and the others go back to the lair, but donnie stops them when they get close to try to get Leo to get a grip. Leo does, but he sticks close to them afterwards. splinter is of course frantic with worry. he insists on checking them all over, including donnie, though donnie says he doesn't have a concussion. that night, raph isn't yet asleep when he hears footsteps going past his room. he follows them to donnie's lab, where he finds donnie sitting at his computer, researching. mikey is in his lap and says he tried and failed to get donnie to go to sleep. it was Leo who raph followed. he admits he didn't want to be alone, so he and raph sit on the cot in donnie's lab until they fall asleep. raph wakes up a bit later to find himself being carried to bed and tucked in by splinter (donnie took mikey and Leo). the next morning, they try to amuse themselves, and splinter offers to train them even though he usually gives them the day off after a mission. because of their size, they can only do the most basic katas, and though they can't really get them, they're all frustrated because they know in their minds that these are really simple and boring. so instead they watch splinter train donnie, and they realize how much instruction they miss in group sessions rather than simply one on one sessions. later that day, donnie tells them about inanna ,and splinter immediately takes to meditating. donnie is frustrated that he can't do anything to help, or even go out, since he's been grounded too. two days pass like this and everyone is really bored. then, one night, raph snaps and decides to sneak out into the tunnels. he convinces mikey to come because parkour in the tunnels was really fun that one time, and Leo reluctantly joins them to keep them out of trouble (after making a pit stop in his room).
ch 6 donnie: wakes up in the middle of the night and the kdis are gone. it's raining really hard by now. he wakes up splinter in a panic, they find a note in Leo's room saying they went out to do parkour, so donnie knows relatively the area of the tunnels they're in, and he knows that it's a storm runoff tunnel that'll be flooded soon if it isn't already. splinter agrees to wait behind in case the kids realize it themselves and come home, but when donnie gets there, it's in time to see the kids trapped on a pipe, and raph loses his balance and falls in. donnie quickly gets the other two down and tells them to go back to the lair, then dives after raph. they survive, donnie's pissed, raph is half dead, they go back to the lair. splinter is fucking furious, but they check raph over for injuries, make him take a shower, then donnie forces him to hydrate and get to bed. he doesn't get sick but splinter says the kids (yes all of them) have to clean the entire dojo tomorrow as punishment. raph thanks donnie for saving him. donnie calls the polycule (video chat or something idk) because it's like the middle of the day, and he tells them what happened and says it's like herding cats. idk there's fluff
ch 7 raph: casey and April are over when splinter says he had a breakthrough. they know who inanna is, and splinter says she wants them to get her urn, which she's tied to, from shredder's control. that is, they'll have to break in and steal the urn from stockman's lab. no one is pleased by this, but they begin to plan how to break into the lair. it's not the first time they've done it, and donnie wants to go alone, but everyone hates that idea because if he gets turned into a kid he won't be able to get out. splinter knows that shredder is after the kids, so he's torn between staying and watching them while capritello go, or having April and casey watch them while he goes with donnie. in the end, they decide that splinter will stay behind if only because if anything goes wrong in shredder's lair, splinter will be the last ditch rescue guy. they draw up the layout of the building and they decide the best way in is the sewers, which will lead through to the prison (which they figure will be empty, because this is only a temporary foot base). they'll then get to stockman's lab, grab the urn, and go out the same way.
ch 8 donnie: they put the plan into motion, but in the prison they find, of all fucking people, Karai. she's filthy, skinny, hair unkept, and sawing desperately at the bars with a coin, and donnie's like oh shit she's been here all this time. casey and April think it's a trap when she begs to go with them, but she really has no idea what's been going on outside of the prison except that something's wrong with the turtles, and the last time donnie saw her, she was helping them fight tiger claw. then she starts speaking in Japanese and idk he believes her. so they let her go. she's weakened but no less formidable a kunoichi, and she leads them to the lab and knocks out stockman before he can sound any alarms. they grab the urn, donnie shoves it into his bag, and they bounce. of course, as they're leaving, someone sounds the alarm anyway, and they have to fight their way up instead of down. they end up in the throne room, surrounded by all of the foot henchmen as well as shredder himself. karai is nowhere to be seen. so capritello prepare to fight as shredder like monologues or something, but then karai appears by the stained glass window. in Japanese, she threatens to leave and she says yes, shredder will have one turtle and two humans, but the rat, the other turtles, and his stolen daughter will all disappear so thoroughly he'll never find them again. but she says if he lets capritello go with the urn, she'll stay. obviously donnie yells at her not to, but shredder agrees, and they have no choice. donnie promises to come back for her, and then they dip. far away, they pause, and finally there are capritello kisses because donnie did a lot of heroic stuff for them
ch 9 raph: donnie and the others come home looking perturbed. inanna appears, turns the others back, thanks them for rescuing her from shredder, then snatches her urn and gets the fuck out of dodge. casey and April bring her to the surface to give donnie time to explain about karai. obviously everyone is like damn. heavy stuff. and raph feels bad for always calling her foot princess, and Leo says they have to rescue her, and donnie swore on his honor that they'd get her back, so splinter is like yes, we will, but for now we should rest, regroup, and celebrate you guys being normal again. and Mikey's like yisss this means we're no longer grounded. so maybe they lay low in the meantime. a few days later, they go out to test the invisibility tech on the stealth bike, and it works great, and idk they have a little moment. they tease donnie about his relationship with capritello, and mikey teases Leo and raph for being such adorable kids, and yeah. there's not really an emotional arc idk what to tell you.
