n the video, a guy named Matt Cutts talks about trying something new for 30 days. And he's testing it himself. Apart from spending time on the computer for 30 days, eating candy and sleeping, he sets different goals for himself. It's like writing a novel every day, taking a photograph every day, and riding a bike to work. As a result, he realizes that he did not understand anything with her old life but now his days are more meaningful. And it says that this can be done to anyone and whatever.The main idea in the video is that we can make ourselves and our lives positive with small changes.
