Hi Sir,
I'm just pissed off with the service provided by
ARC(Airtel Office near Gurudev Hotel - Kalyan Station Rd Kalyan, Maharashtra 421301)
I have to convert my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid.
So I have visted there more than 10 times , each time they say 'server down hai' else 'light chali gayi hai'.
Finally on 11th visit (29-10-2014) I have submitted the document required n settled the bill and they said remaining amount will be adjusted in security deposite and request has been taken up.
New SIM card has been provided and said that prepaid will get activated within 3 days.
On (02-11-2014) I have called call center as I could found that new SIM has no range (signal) when inserted.
Call center executives said , request for conversion is not yet taken and service is still postpaid and asked me to visit ARC again.
So may I know how many times I have to visit ARC @ KALYAN WEST and face such a useless executives.
