-First year would be very cheap, last three years would be about the cost of a SUNY
-First year would be very chill, almost like a continuation of Monroe
-Last three years would be among the most unique 3 years someone your age could be offered
-Ivy league education
-Ramapo may be a little isolating; Might be hard to make friends during only one year
-Personal room and shower
-Neither have a strong Catholic presence.
-Will be hard to find like-minded people, but would also present an intellectual challenge (at least at Cornell)
-Ramapo is in a boring area, Ithaca is not
- Transfering could seriously interrupt your college experience, cuts your undergrad time by 25%
-ILR major could be limited, but also covers every subject I've ever been interested in while also allowing me to take minors and classes across schools.
-Cornell lab of ornithology <3
-Cornell is huge and potentially atomizing.
-You'd have to deal with Postmodern Leftism being the norm for four years.
-You'd probably have access to state of the art facilities at Cornell
-Networking will obviously be good
-Professors probably won't be as personal at either school.
Bonaventure
-About the cost of a typical SUNY
-Middle of no where, but beautiful environment with a lot of outdoor activities
-Great business school with seemingly good networking
-Youth Group type Catholicism, better than nothing (like at Ramapo or Cornell), but worse than Catholic
-Amazing community, strong athletics
Bonaventure -> Cornell
- First year (and all four years) would be around the cost of a typical SUNY
-First year would allow you to discern whether you really want to transfer while also experiencing an authentic Catholic school
-Both located in Remote, but environmentally beautiful areas. Abundance of outdoor activities to do
-Many of the same benefits and downsides as transfering from Ramapo
Ramapo
-could graduate debt free, put money towards grad school.
-Personal shower and room for freshman year
-
Catholic
-Washington D.C.
