AWS:
1. Process wakes up and invokes MassPay_CheckForFundingRequest to see if available to process, if none will get nothing back, if exists status of the item to process will change to processing and returns CommissionType,Period,RequestStartTime
2. If returned data, invoke MassPay_GetFundingAmount to get amount to fund and
a) then check balance on MassPay and get source_token
b) update log calling MassPay_UpdateLog with CommissionType,Period,RequestStartTime and note indicating if balance is sufficient or not
c) if insufficient funds abort and call MassPay_UpdateStatus to update status as Completed/Failed (3)
3) If sufficient funds the add users
a) invoke MassPay_GetUsersToAdd to get top 10 users to add
b) add each to MassPay
c) if successful (or not) update log calling MassPay_UpdateLog with CommissionType,Period,RequestStartTime and note indicating CommonId added or if failed any failure reason if available or just indicate failed
d) if successful save token using MassPay_AddUpdateUserToken and repeat from (b) or (a) until no more users left to add
e) if failed update status as Completed/Failed (3)
4) if all users added
a) invoke MassPay_GetUsersToFund to get top 10 users to fund
b) Load each in MassPay
c) if successful or not update log calling MassPay_UpdateLog with CommissionType,Period,RequestStartTime and note indicating CommonId funded or if failed any failure reason if available or just indicate failed funding
d) if succesful invoke MassPay_UpdateUserAsFunded and repeat from (b) or (a) until no more users left to fund
e) if failed update status as Completed/Failed (3)
5) if all users funded
a) yodate status as Completed/Success (2)

MPP:
Add form to allow user to enable MassPay for Funding and enter API Key
Add form for MassPay funding wherein client specifies period and commissiontype to fund - show only closed periods not funded
Display log results for the period and commissiontype chosen as they are updated
If status is 2 or 3 indicate to user that funding was success or failed
If success mark period as funded in appropriate mlm_COMxxxPeriods table
Once status is 2 or 3 User can initiate another funding attempt
