We understand your query about the exchange offer for the product 'Asus 6Z' at your pincode '530045'.
We'd like to let you know that following issues will lead to a reduction in exchange value:
-On Screen: Cracks, Screen coming out of body, touch-screen issue or discolouration. The display should not have any spots or dead pixels.
-On Body: Cracks, Body bent/bulge/de-shaped, parts missing. Battery should not be swollen.
Depending on the condition of phone, the exchange value can reduce. The value drop is pre-decided by Flipkart. You can also find the value drop vs condition chart in "View checks" page in "My orders" section of mobile bought.
In case of drop in exchange value, customer can pay the difference amount.
Value reduction on the basis of condition is only available on select pincodes. For other pincodes these issues will lead to rejection. Check eligibility on exchange page in "Read all checks" section where you are shown the exchange value
Following issues will lead to rejection of exchange
-Phone does not switch on.
-Brand/model is different from what is mentioned provided by me in the Flipkart Website at the time of purchase of the new device.
-Screen lock (all forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc. needs to be deactivated) or iCloud lock (Apple phones) is not removed.
-IMEI, on dialing *#06#, does not match with information provided by me in the Flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device
In case you does not like the exchange value offered, you can choose to not give the exchange phone to Flipkart and pay difference amount to get the new phone.
We'd also like to let you know that checks failure/ pass can upgrade and downgrade the offered price on the exchange product. You can opt for detach if you are not happy to exchange at a lower value.
