The ethnography looks towards application’s impact on the everyday user’s practice, while giving the researcher the knowledge of the user’s social aspects. From ethnography following results were gained:
• The users in the existing platform do not have the function of blogging system. On almost all of the existing system no such feature exists to let the user post a blog about the estate or property. This can improve user interaction, let people know information about the properties around them, being unique this is a valuable function that is left out of the existing systems.
• On most of the existing applications, there is no such function for the landlord or the owner to approve the request along with the function to send a proposal to rent or buy the property. This can be an important feature update which is useful for both the buyer and the seller.
