Any Other issues: Multiple BL created for same Categories product.
My Remarks--> On call the buyer said he has requirment of Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilli Flakes and Chicken Seasoning Powder.
I know that these are same Categories product. But we also know that we can not approve more than 2 products in a single buy lead, so I made a seperate buy lead for 5th product which is Chicken Seasoning Powder (Knorr).

Issues: 1. associate's voice was breaking in starting.
My Remark- Yes, voice was breaking. It could be due to internet issue or other.
2. have selected used in isq, but forgot to update title , and also separate mcat is for it as - Used Diesel Generators.
My Remarks- On the call buyer did not confirmed that he wants new or used he said both will be ok but first he wants to know the price. As I was only able to select only one between Used & New in the ISQ.
3. should have mentioned in description that buyer is interested in both used and new generators.
My Remark- I have mentioned 'Note: The buyer will decide for new or used as per price' in the discription.
