Attar, kindly confirm if the device is heating in normal conditions or using any particular application/game?

Attar, check if there is any update pending.

Kindly confirm using the device in area where cellular network is weak or very frequently changing the network bands (2G/3G/4G) ?

Are using the device in region where ambient temperature is high?

Attar, are using original Adapter or not?

Attar, I will share a few easy steps to perform which should fix the issue.

Kindly turn off the BT/GPS/Wi-Fi when not in use as device will keep on searching the nearby BT and Wi-Fi devices if it is ON.

Attar, kindly turn off the Auto Start for applications which are not used frequently. (Autostart feature automatically start the applications in background which will consume battery also and processor comes in picture to run the application in background)
Go to Settings > Apps > Permission > Autostart

You can also clear cache automatically when the device is locked.

Go to Settings > Battery & Performance

Select the gear (setting) icon on right top of the screen.

Select the option Clear cache when device is locked and set the time as per requirements.

I request you to clear the background applications manually. Tap on menuicon on home screen and clear the background applications.

Attar, kindly use the Original Adapter and USB cable to charge the device.

Attar, perform the battery optimization also as it will close the applications which consuming excessive power
Go to Settings>>Battery & Performance

Select Optimize option

It will scan and display you the applications which are consuming excessive power.

Kindly turn on battery saver option (it will restrict the activity of system apps, freeze apps in background, clear the cache whenever device is locked and also turn off the background service like Sync/GPS to save battery
Go to Settings>>Battery & Performance.
Turn ON the Battery Saver option.

-Done

You can also use "Ultra Battery Saver" under the same page which will drastically improve your battery performance, but with limited access to apps.
Go to Settings>>Apps>>Manage Apps>>Select the particular application which is no longer in use

Tap on Force stop option to stop the particular application

-done

Attar, check the battery temperature (This will help to understand the device temperature)
Dial *#*#6484#*#*
Select Battery option.

-Its showing 37 degree

Attar, I would like to inform you that up to 47 degree Celsius is considered to be normal operating temperature for smart phones.

If the above stops doesn't work, kindly take the full data backup and perform the factory reset. (Kindly transfer the backup file in external storage)
