Many feeders, 1 - 3 per letter stop.
Each feeder wagon can hold as much (maybe 2x as much?) as the mainland transfer train will take. The feeder wagons all go to a private stop in the hub to drop items off, unless the stop is disabled due to having the items needed.

storage hub for mall will have provider chest for the rocket fuel anyway; no need to have a train for it.
