1. Drinking water
Drinking water is considered best for health. So how much water should we

2. Cut down on added sugar

3. Eat more vegetables and fruits
Eat more vegetables and fruits in your diet, use green vegetables. If possible, start eating one fruit in a day. Vegetables and fruits have many properties that make them effective for weight loss. They are low in calories but high in fiber.
4. Eat more fiber
If more amount of fiber is found in green vegetables and fruits, then add
green vegetables and fruits to your diet. Good sources include barley, oatmeal, beans, nuts, and fruits such as apples, berries, citrus fruits and pears.
5. Exercise
Exercise doesn't mean spending hours in the gym or stressing out through exhausting workouts. In fact, for you to stick with it for a long time, exercise should be something you enjoy. Start by increasing your activity level overall. Use as many stairs as possible when possible. Make a habit of walking to the nearby places. And walk for half an hour everyday. After eating, do not go to bed as soon as you eat food and take food one or two hours before sleeping.
So by bringing these few small changes in life, you can try to lose weight.
And you can make your routine better. Which will make you feel healthy and energized.
