Think about the business architecture work being done at your office, bank or telecom provider. And recall the techniques described in section 11.4.3 of BABOK. What type of Business Architecture Techniques were followed in that context? Explain your response.

When I used to work in a website designing company, customers would often ask about how much progress was done in website designing. To explain the customers and for our own time management, our company used to utilize Roadmap. A roadmap provides information about the plan for moving from the current state to the future state. While working on the project, we often could not manage time properly and the use of a roadmap helped the team to know how much work is pending in a particular week. Only by use of a roadmap, our seniors used to decide when to have crunch time(when employees need to put in extra effort and everyone had to do overtime). Below is an example of a typical website roadmap.
