Biggest issue was partner
3 days of getting him refocused
Maggie: he was only client amongst mostly female staff. tossed water bottle to ATS (morning he left). degrading comments toward staff. atmosphere of "us against him." ct texting ATS staff and asked about. hours before discharge.
Shellee: ct and partner in conflict (break-up); 2 weeks stay; primed for normal 2 week squirrely,
Maggie: no contact to referring clinician
Missing communication-- not everyone knows what's going on (bottle throwing) [using memo to charts w/ tagged clinical staff]
Shellee: important piece weekly staff meeting [client, bx, struggles, items of note]
