ich möchte mich zuerst entschuldigen, weil ich eine Fehler gemacht habe , und dieses Papier nicht auszufüllt habe .
ich habe es am Donnerstag das papier ausgedruckt und nicht bemerkt, dass das Krankenhaus es ausfullen muss .(Freitag und Montag hatten sie fieretage )
