When an order is cancelled, it takes about 5-7 days for the product to return to our warehouse. After it is received at the warehouse, the refund will be initiated and it takes 3 days to process the same. Once the refund is processed, it might take some time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the bank. If the payment is not reflected within the estimated time, you should reach out to us with the ARN/RRN numbers and then contact the respective bank.
